anyways on to your question.
if you want to alter the crotch (i am assuming you are talking about. its kind of a harder process, yes you can use my technique, but it wont come out as good, you actually have to take the zipper out, and the waiste band, alter to how long you want the inseam to be, and then sew a smaller zipper in, and then sew the waist band back on.
